Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having previously worked at Stephenson's and Gorvin Smith Fort. She joined Betesh Fox in 2000 and was promoted to Associate in 2002, becoming a Partner in 2003.
Emma is a Member of APIL and CPIL ( Association and College of Personal Injury Lawyers and holds a 2.1 (hons) degree in Law and a Legal Practice Diploma from Sheffield University.
Responsible for a very broad range of PI matters including catastrophic injury Emma's notable cases include Donachie -v- GMP which was successfully appealed following first instance decision to the Court of Appeal and House of Lords.
Her largest settlement to date is £2.85 million.
Emma's leisure interests include running, tennis, skiing, walking, gym and horse riding. She completed half and full marathons for charity, most recently having completed the London Marathon 2005 for Cancer Research UK.
