Victoria joined Ralli in April 2000. She was promoted to Associate in 2002 and became a Partner in January 2004.

Victoria attained a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Law, with Psychology and LPC with commendation. She was admitted as a Solicitor in January 1999 although has specialised in personal injury law since 1996 having trained at Birchall Blackburn.

Victoria is a Member of APIL and CPIL ( Association and College of Personal Injury Lawyers) and has completed the Spinal Injuries Association Advanced Solicitors Training Course.

Victoria handles a varied case load including catastrophic injury and has a particular interest in Acquired Brain Injury. She has also undertaken some Mental Health Law and Judicial Review work.

She has been involved in the notable case of Tinsley -v- Sarkar. Victoria is currently instructed by the family of an elderly client who died whilst in the care of a nursing home.

Her interests include going to concerts, playing netball, ski-ing, scuba diving, yoga and cycling, Victoria has participated for the last 3 years in the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride raising funds for BASIC (Brain and Spinal Injury Charity) who are the firm's nominated charity this year.
